GnuPG 2.3.1 がリリースされた。

- The new configuration file common.conf is now used to enable the use of the key database daemon with “

GnuPG 2.3 系は最終的に 2.4 系安定版としてリリースされる予定である。 2.2 系は少なくとも2024年末まではサポートが続けられるので，今すぐ 2.3 系にバージョンアップする必要はない。
けど，どっかの時点で環境を作って試したいなぁ…
アップデートは計画的に。
